"Nice stay in the Palm Springs area."

Location was great - the facilities were very clean and the rooms were well appointed.

A tiny bit dated, but did not detract at all from the hotel. Staff was wonderful

I made the booking through the app and prepaid. The hotel insisted I hadn’t paid and double charged me plus an additional $50. The room was filthy with a moldy cup on the dining table, hair all over the bathroom floor, used towels, a used soap bar and a used tampon in the trash.

"Beautiful place and excellent Staff!"

Everything about this location is amazing! I went for 2 nights and 3 days and I wanted to extend it so bad but reality calls and I have to go back to work! Lol My check in process was seamless and the staff was so friendly and warm! The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable! And the best part of course, is the pool! We had an excellent server who came often to make sure we had our drinks and if we needed more drinks/food! I can't wait to come back!
