"Comfy hotel with parking issues"

The only negative experience that made me hesitant to return to this hotel was the parking situation. I was charged for an overnight parking when my coworker paid his pass the night before my stay. His visa transaction was clearly visible on the hotel receipt, yet they still charged me. I presented proof of the transaction, and they stated that since the card information wasn’t included in the transaction, they would validate it.

La villa était très bien et confortable Belle piscine et jacuzzi

Nous souhaitions payer en espèces. Le personnel nous a fait galérer pendant 2 heures à nous balader d’un hôtel à un autre. Ils ont même annulé notre réservation une fois sur place. Le personnel n’est pas professionnel. Prévoyez de payer en CB sinon c’est une perte de temps assurée.

The room was spacious and clean. The patio table with ceiling fan was great! The barbecue grills were clean and easy to use. The childs pool was perfect for our son and the temperature was just right.
