"Absolutely beautiful facility and an excellent staff. This place is an A+"

Great staff upon greeting and the room was outstanding. The facility was close distance to the conference I was attending. And I left a waterbottle and the security was able to grab it for me later that day.

Nothing, it was a great stay in total. I wish I was staying for a few more days but unfortunately I was only in town for a night. Maybe if I was longer in town I could have found something wrong, but on this trip I could not.

"Property is much smaller than it was in years past!"

Wow! I didn’t know the property split basically in half. Forgive me Marriot if I’m wrong, but the villas are now separate from the previous west side of the property. I didn’t know that before I booked . I like that side a lot. It has more amenities. Now it’s still a Westin but they had a name change and it’s not accessible to us vacation property owners on the east side at all it seems. There’s a barrier now, when before we could’ve walked and or get shuttled back and forth. I must’ve missed an update. Honestly it’s fine, and I take ownership of not looking it up prior to booking. And I still had a decent time here. But very surprised on how much the property shrank. I was very confused upon checking in, not seeing the usual grand drive up driveway. Oh well. Read up on updates on the property before you come.

"Great escape to rest and revive!"

We were looking for a quiet getaway, and always enjoy getting out to Rancho Mirage. Found a great deal at the Westin. Very clean, and well organized room. We had a very nice view, good customer, service, and centrally located to everything we wanted to enjoy. Definitely will be back again. Lovely stay!

Cleaning crew coming before 10 am to clean. Check in us 4 pm check out us 10 am should be 12

"Mundane at best , they were very rude and wouldn’t help with anything"

Beautiful grounds and nice villas .

The staff they were sadly annoyed at all times I figured it was means it wasn’t they are just miserable staff that seems like the hate their jobs and not welcoming at all .
