The Westin Mission Hills Resort Villas, Palm Springs

I enjoyed my vacation time off and the pools

There was a dead cricket on the bed when we checked in and we waited more than 20 mins to get a new key for another room. Also we were excited for movie night outside by the pool but it was moved indoors last minute. I would have preferred to watch outside. Didn’t get to watch movie.

We like the place

Lack of ice machines

I paid a decent amount to stay here and still had to pay for parking. How do they think I got here? I drove, why wouldn't parking be included??? Atleast 1 vehicle per room should be included in the room rental.

If you're a golfer don't stay here! You can't even get a ride to the pro shop It seems like one property but it's not. We were soooooo disappointed. Food at the pool bar was horrible. If you eat at the Westin, you can't charge back for o your rooms it is as just soooo messy, We will never stay there again!

The resort was amazing, from the staff to the adoptable puppy in the main lobby. We had such an amazing time. There is so much to do on the resort itself. From amazing walks to the arcade and bowling. Did I mention the Pup that is sponsored and for adoption. You can even take that pup on a walk. The Sunday brunch and live music had a great view. We will definitely return. We got extra lucky and were there when there was a Hot Air Balloon festival which was the cherry on top. Highly recommend!

It was clean & quiet.

Although I requested a bright room. The room was a dark hole. There was a balcony but 3 walls enclosed it so it felt like a cage. Luckily, we only slept there.
