It was very noisy when the windows were open because of all the traffic and the elevators were minimal so there was a lot of waiting to get on one.

L emplacement idéal, l acceuil super, bel hôtel appartement. L appartement est bien agencé il y juste le nécessaire. Parfait

La climatisation plus un.ventilateur....pourtant ils sont réactif, un employé est passé la régler car tout en coreen, pourtant simple une clim. C etait ok et 5mn après de nouveau un ventilateur, pas de puissance pas de frais.surtout qu il faisait 27 et 30 degrés fenêtre au soleil on.peu imaginer.....le plus négatif mais c etait que 3 nuits le LIT wHaouh ferme Non....des barres de chaque côté impossible de dormir a droite a gauche donc à changer. J ai dormi quoi 3 a 4h chaque nuit et sur la couette je sentais encore la dureté, trois voyage en Corée c est bien.la première fois qu un tem soucis arrive....il de devrait faire quelque chose ..j avais lu des commentaires sur le fait des matelas dur ou ferme....dommage

엘리베이터 공사로,,, 18층 건물을 2대로 이용하기엔 꽤 불편했습니다.

Close to Insadong and palaces. Breakfast buffet included. Older style rooms.

The severe lack of lifts relative to number of guests and floors was a problem. Lifts were being renovated and only two in action, and one only at times.

Nice hotel, good location, and really great breakfast choices!

We did find 2 things very inconvenient: 1. The air conditioner was in the room but we had no remote control to use it. After raising the issue, the staff informed us that non of the rooms are able to use the air conditioner, the only thing available is heating (we really did not need heating when the room was already on 25+ degrees). 2. The waiting time for the elevator is something we’ve never seen before, we waited 15 min for an elevator from the breakfast floor and finally gave up and walked 15 floors up 😅

Great room. Brilliant location near the palaces. Seoul public transport is very easy especially using Naver app.
