Hilton Garden Inn Frederick

Very clean, excellent location

There was only one attendant doing a lot of things, resulting in long waits at the desk

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Hilton Garden Inn. The front desk clerk and bartender were extremely rude and unhelpful.

Stayed for 1 night will never stay again hotel had 2 queen beds one of the beds was filled completely of hair called front desk several times no answer could not use the bed

Quick travel stop. Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean, furniture newer and we liked the design of the suite. Used the digital key and never had to stop at the front desk. Reasonable price also.

I loved the location and the quick check in. The water pressure and temperature were absolutely amazing.

Room had a broken panel on the wall, the bathroom floor was not cleaned correct , the remote batters were dead, they never told me what the breakfast cost when I checked in. I woke up, went to the breakfast "bar" and assumed it was continental, but was given a bill within 5 seconds of sitting down. Didn't return the next 2 days $15 for eggs and bacon didnt seem worth it. Then needed change to tip the housekeepers, but front desk had nothing. Not to mention, the bathroom had 3 different shades of light bulbs and was throwing me off.

Most things were good

the heating system took too long to warm up.

Close to shopping centers. Breakfast was great and comfortable.
