WARNING: Customer service at this hotel does not match their pricing. I have emailed them 3x with a question and tried calling them. In none of these attempts did they respond to me OR answer their phones. I'm in the same time zone so that isn't the issue. It must be very nice for them to do such great business they treat their customers like this.

We absolutely loved our time in Holbox which was made all that much better because of our stay at CasaSandra. It is a very peaceful and serene place. The staff at the hotel make a beautiful place even more beautiful. Right from the beginning, Yaima took great care in helping us to book our room and plan our last minute trip. Once we arrived and met Martin, we knew our stay was going to be wonderful. He could not have been more spot on in helping us plan our daily adventures and in choosing restaurants. He went out of his way and exceeded all of our expectations! The waiters and bartenders at the restaurants at the hotel were also fantastic - Fernanda, Edgar, Jasiel, Erick! I also had a massage while at the hotel with Yadira which was the most relaxing massage I have had. We truly enjoyed our time here and are already planning our next visit. Thank you all for making it so memorable!

"Beautiful Ser Casasandra"

After spending 8 days in average 5 star resort Iberostar Cozumel, it has been a dream to come to Ser Casandra in Holbox. Very exclusive, calm and quiet. It is so relaxing and beautiful here. Staff are sweet, friendly and very helpful. Yoga classes in the morning are fabulous. This is like paradise on earth 🌴🥰

"A boutique gem on this island"

We had an amazing stay here, even in spite of some terrible weather the second half of our stay. The staff was amazing and attentive, they kept the restaurant open even with a storm and flooding happening in the area. They truly went above and beyond. The restaurant is a gem on this island. Room was excellent and clean.

This resort is a lovely and serene paradise on the beautiful beaches of Holbox. It’s quiet, clean and beautiful with extra touches like incense in the rooms and fresh flowers. The staff were so caring and sweet…they were full of recommendations and were unfailingly polite and helpful. Excellent location just outside of the hustle/bustle but still walking distance to everything. Just perfect.
