Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica - All Inclusive

Food wasn’t good, but the servers was okay. Balcony in bad condition, front desk check in and out was okay . Guest service manager don’t know how to solve a problem😶

From the outside a beautiful property. My toilet clogged. I have never stayed in a resort where there are signs not to flush the toilet paper. At the buffet the bacon was burnt every morning. There was never any plaintain. Dunplings came on Sunday but by the time i went for breakfast at 8.30 they were finished. The pancakes were also burnt. Thought i would be getting fresh juice only for it to be a powder. Most of the staff was friendly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Family Vacation at Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica! Our stay was absolutely amazing! The guest service team was phenomenal especially Travis, who went above and beyond to accommodate our family’s needs. Every staff member is welcoming and makes my stay truly memorable. The Kids Club is outstanding — fun, educational, and perfectly organized. The team — Nyoka, Dahlian, Shanique, Britina, Jerome, and Anesia made my son’s experience unforgettable. Activities include pool parties, kids’ movies, tennis, golf, and more, and it’s completely free! My son Jaxon had a blast. Shout-out to all the bartenders especially D’Andre and Maxell, who kept the drinks flowing and were so knowledgeable about everything the resort offers. From start to finish, this resort goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Where do I begin?!?! 1- Upon arrival the bus operator brought us to the wrong hotel, where we waited on line for 25 minutes just to be told we were in the wrong place. 2- Found several roaches crawling around the dining area several times. 3- Several areas we closed for construction. 4- Italian restaurant took an hour to bring dinner. Which was not fresh at all. 5- Pool was closed by 6pm and didn't open until 8am. 6- Was not allowed throw-out the entire resort even though it was all-inclusive. 7- No one came around to offer food or drinks AT ALL. 8- They only provided 1 towel, and you always had to have a towel card. 9- We were locked out of our rooms at 8am on our last day. Then had to walk far to the lobby to get a key card that they did not program correctly. Then had to wait 20 minutes in the heat for security to come open the door. 10- During check out the receptionist was rude and texting and talking to others while checking me out. She did not provide me with the information requested and was a bit rude. 11- The transportation bus to the airport, came and left like 5-10 minutes early, causing us to have to take a shuttle to the other hotel to catch them. 12- The elevator is poorly miss labeled. 13- The was no assistance offered for baggage upon checkout. Safe to say I won't be staying here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. I will say most of the employees were Plesant and somewhat helpful.

Loved the hotel. The swim up bar was lovely. The restaurant always had a lot of good food. Love the live music and it was quiet at nights.

Toilet leaked on the floor the whole 5-days we were there , maintenance guy looked at and said day shift will have to fix , we walked through water the whole time we were there, the more we asked to fix the more we were ignored, also we chose your resort because of the number of restaurants, we were given choice of 2- nights , second night was a late reservation we didn’t go , I think we should be refunded because of our bad experience, we come to the Caribbean 2- times a year , this was a bad vacation

The beach view was lovely the room was clean but bathroom need some work and it would be nice to have snacks in the room for kids. The staff was great I enjoy the pool
