Very nice resort

Great for kids

Some members of the staff were really friendly but i've also experienced and witness others who seemed to be bothered by simply questions or requests. The bathroom for the beach view that i stayed in really needs some amount of renovation or proper upkeep. Outside of that, i definitely would go again. All in all, an 8/10

I like the activities at the swim up bar

Went for a week from Sept 10-16th. Weather was great the entire week no storms. Hotel was clean and front desk friendly and helpful. Housekeepers and mini bar stocker we had were excellent. Bar tenders were the only ones who rarely smiled or looked happy and engaing. 3 different bars and same outcome. Resturants OMG were my favorite. Buffets were average. Would loved to have tasted more jamaicn food instead of same stuff. Going back as soon as it reopens after their renovations.

This hotel is always fun and delightful. A few departments are still out standing eg, entertainment staff is amazing concierge fabulous. The jerk center staff is not the best cassita in the Japanese restaurant is just wonderful, Johanna in entertainment lights up any situation and this older lady that is always cleaning the are near the main buffet could teach house keeping a lot like how to clean. The food needs to be better it wasn't good this time around too much off the same thing every day and most of the meat are way too overdone. The front desk needs more staff for check in, can have one person check guest in when there is a line. I still love the hotel it's a beautiful property. Some s

This is my 3rd time here..good updates but too many stairs to go from reception to the pool, dining and the beach. There is a lifted but really out of the way. Transport is available but will be much easier with lifts to take you quickly. All the amenities were well presented and service was good.
