I honestly wasn’t expecting a whole lot from our stay, we just needed a place to sleep for an early flight out of Geneva. We were so pleasantly surprised! The staff went above and beyond to help us with dinner options, pointing us to the small town a short walk away for a great restaurant. When we arrived back after dinner, we sat in the lobby bar and had drinks and visited with the bartender and the man from the front desk who checked us in and they were so fun and friendly. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was so comfortable. Our last night in Europe was an unexpected delight because of our stay here. Thank you!

My room was smoked in and the hotel was supposed to be no smoking. Overall the rest of of the hotel was great and friendly staff.
Highly recommend do not stay at this property. Umnaintained and not clean at all. Very uncomfortable to sleep and rooms have a dirty odor. Bathrooms horrible
It was located within walking distance of a grocery store and restaurants.
I did enjoy my rather long stay at this Hotel. Will return for sure before the end of the year.

This little hotel was amazing. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights with our 2 children and it really felt homely. The food was great and the service was outstanding. Will deffo return 👌
The wifi quality was poor. This needs to be improved
This property would be perfect if it was better maintained. Obviously, staff supervision is lacking. The room that was initially given to me was small, uncomfortable (bed sagging), poorly cleaned, with appliances that did not work. A leak also developed in the bathroom, so I was transferred to better accommodations, but cleanliness was still not what it should have been for this category of property. Some staff are friendly and helpful, but some others should be better trained in handling the residence's guests. This property is overpriced in my view. The only good thing about it is the location near town (Ferney Voltaire), Geneva, and the Geneva Airport.
