Guests highly rate the excellent breakfast and frequently praise the good location.
We had a room with a little kitchen with equipment to prepare food and a bath tub in the bathroom, so it was very nice. Also they have a pool, gym and hammam and grocery shops nearby too.

If you arrive or come back to the hotel in the midnight, you should let the receptionist know. Otherwise, they will lock the door, I guess for safety reasons, until they open at 5:30 am. You can actually open the door by tapping your room card but it does not work sometimes especially when you put your card with your phone in your pocket so try not to put it in your pocket. It won’t also work when opening your room door. But all in all, it’s a decent hotel. Employees are very nice!! :)
The location is great 15 min drive to Geneva center
Very nice room; nice pool; great location; friendly helpful staff. A bit noisy as it’s right on the main road and our room was above the entrance where people stood and talked late into the night. Otherwise a very nice hotel
Very pleasant hotel for short or long stay. Excellent breakfast. Rooms are neat and clean and have small kitchen area with fridge. Very nice pool.
Friendly and very helpful receptionist
Very convenient for car/public transport access to Geneva. Excellent service and friendly, multi-lingual staff. Common facilities, especially dining and swimming pool, are in very good condition. Our small room (no balcony) could use a bit of renewal (stained carpet, shower leaks) but the bed, air conditioning, TV and kitchenette were very good. Overall I am very happy with the choice of La Reserve for our 4-day stay in the area.
Spacious rooms and very good breakfast with smoke salmon, cured meat and different kinds of bread.
Plenty of free parking, close to Geneva airport. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice view from the balcony. However the bedroom was on the second level with steep stairs, not suitable for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues.
