While the staff was friendly, everything else about this property was terrible unfortunately. I would not describe it as a family-friendly hotel. Not located in a very good area (strip joints just around the way). Didn’t have cribs available even though the booking site said they did. Staff used strong profanity while conversing with you. And the breakfast offered had a number of issues - only refrigerated item offered was butter, so no yogurt or milk or cream cheese for the bagels, no plates or forks, no creamer for the coffee. I am not a person to leave negative reviews so I feel bad doing this, but I wish someone would have left a review for families so I would’ve known not to book here. The room itself was damp the entire time, and multiple things were broken - dresser drawer handles, clock, phone, toilet paper dispenser, a light, some outlets. The sofa had large discolored stains - I’m talking large like as big as my 4 year old child. And the beds are very small. We had two adults and four children staying in our room and were only given two towels and an almost empty, tiny shampoo bottle. Don’t book here. Oh and there was a partially eaten pop tart on the floor of our room (not ours).

It was just for one night but the motel is old and lots of maintenance and housekeeping issues, front desk employee very nice and helpful but she has a lot to deal with.

Bathtub was dirty

Hotel was not ready for guest. The room and bathroom are unfinished refurbished but terrible job. Furniture doorknob was missing. shower water colors the 1st time rusted water i mean dark brown water for 40 seond. Breakfast time coffee wasn't not ready. At 7AM.....not recommended this hotel.

The staff was nice. The halls were dirty. No electricity in bathroom. Bathroom dirty. Sink falling apart. Door knob to door coming off. Door knobs to stairways all coming off or absent. Needs LOTS of maintenance

Water was running in the tub and they didn’t have another room for me so I cancelled the stay. I wasn’t in the room but maybe 5 minutes and they did not refund my money.

What I did like was that the Staff was very nice and accommodating. What I didn't like was the carpet had multiple stains and the hide a bed had alot of stains on it.
