Shower did not drain properly. Water was standing in the tub. I think it was unlevel. Also, when I opened the chest of drawers, a bug ran out. Staff was excellent. Very polite and helpful.

Everything at this place was great. However do not walk in the dimly lit back corner. I had a 200 dollar pair of vapormax shoes and stepped in a cesspool of idk what. It smelled like sewage and it went overtop of my ankle and ruined my shoes and socks. I was mortified and disgusted. My room should have atleast been comped and they really need to fix the lighting on the back of the building and do something about the nasty cesspool. Outside of that it was much better than other area hotels and definitely dont go lower in price point. Bama hotel is like it came out of the projects of training day. That place is is a haven for prostitutes, junkies and dealers so steer clear of that one...

Location.

Pool been closed both times I have stayed. First time due to construction. Second time due to them supposedly cleaning the pool and it would be closed all day. They failed to inform me that when I booked. The halls have a horrible smell. They gave me one bath towel for the room when there was two of us. TV remote didn't control the tv so to change volume and all that you had to do it from the buttons on the TV. Asked for Manager to contact me about my stay when I checked out and heard nothing. The damage deposit they put a hold on my card twice. Overall the place is a dump with employees that can't do their job.

"Okay for over night stay"

We were traveling through our trip to Orange Beach. We got in at 1:30 in the morning. The lady that checked us in was so nice. She had us ready to go to our room. The room had much to be desired. The bathroom was older and moldy. The beds were hard as a rock too. Not sure I would come back.

"Comfort Suites"

Was just needed a place to stay for the night and was working nearby. For the price it was excellent given I didn't need anything but a comfortable bed and a quiet room to sleep. I booked my room after eating at the restaurant next store and literally checked in five minutes later.
