Quality Inn San Bernardino - Loma Linda

The room was dirty. The toilet didn't work. We reported this and management did not fix the problem. During checkout the desk clerk was rude.

It was a scary experience. No security. Room was dark and unsanitary. We were scared at first night. Someone knock on our door so we had to check out and transfer to another hotel the following day. They did not give me a refund for second day. So mad..

1st of all there is no elevator. 2nd get free food for breakfast,LIE.It said you guys have a pool&spa but it's locked down& it's disgusting.Bed& bathroom falling apart.Bed on pillars& still things are sticking out of it I damaged my leg because of it.pictures show all. I give No STARS. Neighbors loud. The building has termites. Bathroom; Toilet doesn't flush, shower is falling apart water coming out of old different parts then you try to take a shower. Tv only has 10 channels. Parking lot never cleared & glass. Try Pop someone's tires. NO Friendly here. Still scared of Covid19 stuff. Fast street in front of hotels.

The hotel just reopened after a fire. They still need to do the repairs. Also the whole property is in big need of renovation. They don't provide ironing board or iron. They said they have been ordered. It's not a good time to stay here.

Needed repairs: balcony, stairway, hot water in first room, heater in 2nd room. Felt unsafe from the homeless vagrant perched at the staircase to people just hanging out on balcony. Ad said breakfast included but discontinued. Front desk needs to improve customer service skills. Will not stay here again.

The room had holes in the wall it was roaches in the room the room stunk the blankets were dirty the shower was cold & never got hot The only time I was in the room is when I needed to sleep. Bc I don’t live out here in the area

Staff was horrible. Check in time was too long. Cleanliness of facility and room was terrible. Shower did not get hot. Some areas of facility looked questionable about even walking through to get to the rooms

On Friday 11/18/22 we checked in. We had booked a nonsmoking room, but were somehow confirmed for a smoking room. We were told there were no nonsmoking rooms available after I explained that I have asthma and a smoking room will make me sick. With the front desk staff being very unhelpful, we took the supposed “only room available”. Upon entry of this room we found no blanket on the bed, pillows on the chair, and a cleaning spray bottle on the nightstand. The room obviously wasn’t cleaned. We then complained and were moved to another room which was “nonsmoking”. It still smelled horribly like smoke, so bad that my clothes and luggage still stink, and I got sick. Regardless, the story doesn’t end here. The evening of 11/18/22 we went to a music festival and when we arrived back at our room, there were people inside!!!! All our belongings were inside with people we didn’t know! After complaining to the front desk they moved the other party, who had flooded our toilet with excessive feces prior to moving. Unbenounced to us, some of our personal belongings came up missing. Due to the negligence of the front desk staff our health and safety was compromised and our belongings were stolen. We were told to come to the front desk and request a full refund upon checkout. Upon checkout on 11/20/22, the manager we spoke with was very rude and short with us, and told us to call. Needless to say we havent gotten ahold of anyone or received a refund almost a month later.
