On the plus side the lady at the front desk was very nice and accomadating Minus mattresses were uncomformable. The bathroom light Would not work. The carpeting eas fraying. I would not use the coffee pot or microwave oven. The refigerator had at least 2inches of ice. I won't stay there again

This property should be closed. It appears to be housing addicts and families in crisis. The stairs looked unsafe. The elevator sounded like it may malfunction. The hallways and surfaces were filthy. Our room had torn furniture, bedding with holes and stains, brown splattered stains in the bathroom, holes in the doors, unfinished painted walls, dirty outlets. Very horrible experience.

I got a 2 rooms that were suppose to be smoke free or non smoke rooms and they smelled like someone had smoke weed inside. Very disappointing.

The facility and service was terribly, when we arrived we were checked in through a bullet proof window outside and not in the lobby. Then we took the elevator which was filty and scary but i had no other choice since my husband has a disability. Got to the room and it seems like the door was broken into before and was not fixed properly because you can see trough it. Went inside the room and a chair was inside but was very torn and had to get it changed for one that was slighty better. I went to used the bathroom and the toilet set was broken and the toilet does not flush. I called the front desk several times for the same problem and was told the maintenance person left and will be back the following day but i can come and pick-up a plunger because she is by herself and cannot bring it. I called the front desk the following morning at 8:05am and was told again that the maintenance person will not be there until 10:00am but i can come and get a plunger because she is by herself. I told her no, that's not my job and will not leave my disabled husband alone and hung up. My second room was also terrible, the chair was all torn. No microwave and TV did not work. Also the frame of the door was broken and did not closed properly. We could not stay for the next 2 days so we checked out early.

This is one of the worst hotels ive ever stayed in in my entire life. There was a bug on my daughter's bes, the door is almost impossible to open. The door to my sister's room was broken. They do not serve breakfast because of COVID. Just admit you decided not to have breakfast anymore. My shower was cold and the shower wall was cracked and pulling away from the main wall. We were very happy to be leaving that place. Never ever will we stay there again.

NOTHING was good about the place. Both desk clerks were rude. The room itself was disgustingly dirty. The stairs had loose steps that were unsafe. It was an awful experience and I wouldn't stay there again even if it was free.

The stay was ok, but the room had issues, window screen broken in one corner, paint spots in walls either missing or different color, shower eschucheon loose and hole showing in wall, desk chair broken on the surface, lights plastic with debris inside and other issues, and the breakfast was supposed to be included, but because remodel work was no breakfast at all, so web lied to us.

I walked into my room and saw that it was very low on "quality", and walked out...refusing to stay. It was dirty and had furniture which should have been in the dumpster. I walked by the dining room

Worst hotel ever!! Falling apart, pool and spa not working and no breakfast even when was included according to reservation
