Quality Inn San Bernardino - Loma Linda

You know how some movies are so bad, they are good? Well, that doesn’t apply to hotels — or motels. The pictured place isn’t the place we actually experienced. The “non-smocking” room smelled like an ashtray, and looked rather like one too. Everything was in disrepair and nasty. See photos! Oh, and: no breakfast, no microwave, no blow drier, no phone, no WiFi, no secure door… no idea why this place is open.

This hotel is very clean but it needs a lot of TLC. The carpet that butted up again the tile was very frayed and we were stepping on carpet tacks.

It was an ok place, it was loud with a car leaving and coming back bumping music, there was no hair dryer, no tissue, just looks a bit dated.. I was only there for one night thankfully.

My “non-smoking” room smelled so terribly of cigarette smoke that it was difficult to sleep and I stilled smelled it on my clothes afterwards. The motel was run down and in desperate need of an upgrade. Even the door handle to my room was broken and I got locked out. The shower didn’t have cold water and the curtain rack was broken. Not worth the money, don’t stay here.

I will never stay at this hotel again

Didn't enjoy my stay, based on the pictures and location I expected to be better then what it was. Property definitely needs work and the room I got, needs lots of repairing . There was loose faucets, shower curtain rod falling, no lash safety lock on the door and the bathroom door not closing correct and cut up very uneven at the top and my list can go on. Overall they need major renovation. I will be not be staying there again.

Honestly our first room smelled like cigarettes (non smoking room) so we changed it. We also didn’t have warm or hot water for either rooms. Our bed had dog hairs and the furniture was in really bad shape. Overall it was convenient 😂but you get what you pay for:)

Broken overflowing toilet and wasn’t offered anything to make it right. Filthy carpets and the entire place was in a state of disrepair of boarded up wings. To top it all off no breakfast since 2020 according to the employees, that is despite their being professional photos of the breakfast bar posted here by the hotel 3 weeks before my stay. Completely misleading.

The room we checked into had a horrible smell and had a mushroom growing out of the wall by the shower rod. Asked to switch rooms, and the next room smelled of cigarettes and the toilet bowl was not even bolted down and moved. Requested for our money back but Leticia was very rude and did not want to give us the refund.
