Very beautiful place and very safe for families to enjoy. They have great kids club daily. Nanny services available if you need for a very reasonable price per hour. The island staff are excellent and will do whatever you need with a genuine smile. Loved the activities with the kids to learn local dance and words. Staff do a wonderful job with the kids

The food is good, daily breakfast and dinner buffets. Pizza restaurant on a deck which is popular. Small plates available at the family pool for lunch. only one made to order night dinner place for adults.

Castaway is such a beautiful location, lovely beach, amazing snorkeling, bushwalk to top of the island, a well kept resort. We loved the breakfast buffet and restaurant right by the water is so nice for enjoying sunsets.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The facilities are outdated, and there were many insects – we got bitten by mosquitoes, ants were on the dining tables, and small bugs were around the pool. On the last night, my husband suspected a bedbug bite.
