Very good hotel. Perfect location. Easy to get around. Clean, big and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Reasonable price. No tea coffee facilities in room. The down point was that duvet was too small which was even smaller than single.

Very nice hotel,well positioned for transport. Barking dog out back but not hotels fault. Room good, clean and warm.

Nice hotel in the city centre. As a non-smoker, I really enjoyed the freshness of the room. Have stayed in other hotels in Sofia where it seems spraying the room with an air freshener is enough to label it as non-smoking. The room was very clean. Good WiFi. Quiet. Excellent value for money. As a frequent visitor of Bulgaria, I will definetely stay there next time. Highly recommended.

The hotel was centrally located: right off the "yellow brick road," within walking distance to most sights downtown, and in a very quiet area. The room itself was small but comfortable. The breakfast was simple but good - yogurt, cheese, crepes, eggs and meat, and some bread. The hotel provided good information on things to do in the area and helped us get taxis when we needed them. I stayed here for a business meeting (we had 8 people all in their own rooms) and everyone was happy with their stay and the hotel location,

Excellent location, handy for facilities but high kerbs and the terrible condition of paths in the vicinity will give problems to those with mobility issues. Many trip hazards. Despite being advertised as having a bar and restaurant we were told on arrival that the restaurant was only open during the week until 5pm. It was never open at all during our stay, even though we asked several times, so we had to eat elsewhere. Lack of storage, apart from open fronted wardrobe. One dining chair - two comfy chairs and a small table would have been nice - and no tea or coffee-making facilities. Air conditioning was inadequate, especially during the heatwave when we stayed. Avoid the 'Folk night/Sofia by night' excursion. Waste of money.

It was comfortable as always. We love this hotel and very often get a room here. We love the location, the atmosphere, the service. We love the art and the way the hotel is arranged is great.

I stayed here after staying in another central hotel for the previous three nights. This was a vast improvement! The hotel was clean, smart looking, and neat. My room was modern, spacious, and nicely decorated. Breakfast was good. It was only a short walk from the hotel to all the local attractions, places of interest, bars, restaurants etc.

Friendly staff, nice rooms. Over all a nice experience staying there.
