Indoor pool temperature was at 24 degrees until we asked for this to be increased

The swimming pool was kept at 24C and so very cold and empty. Apparently the heating is switched off from June 1st even though the hotel only opens on May 1st. It should not therefore be advertised as being heated. We only chose this hotel for the heated pool which wasn’t available.

The hotel is beautifully appointed in the best location in Hvar town. Elegant and immaculate rooms with a superbly comfortable bed and wonderful views over the Harbour. Unquestionably the best place to stay. Charming and welcoming staff in particular Katja on the reception desk who was especially warm and welcoming. She made our visit extra special. Congratulations to the whole staff!

Nothing major. Perhaps slightly more attention in the pool area, but otherwise immaculate.

Breakfast was always sensational. Lots of interesting choiuces like the chef specialty, truffled egg.

Our "City View" from the suite was a view of a window on the other side of the alley.

The hotel is a luxurious place to unwind. The views were amazing. The staff is highly attentive and went above and beyond during our stay. The breakfasts were the best we had during our entire visit to Croatia. I highly recommend the goat cheese toast.

Truly fantastic property Location / accommodations/ staff I was very impressed as the staff went above and beyond to make out stay so comfortable The rooms are well designed , the common spaces were great The pool area and spa was a great addition All were great , I would highly recommend this property while in Hvar Will definitely be back

Katya at reception greeted us so welcoming and charming, and working with her during our stay was one of the best experiences of our stay. The rooms are beautiful ... elegant, new, charming and I could go on and on. The service in the restaurant and the food was outstanding. We decided to eat dinner at their outside patio area. We were very happy we decided to dine right there at the hotel. Best meal in hvar! We can't say enough good things about the servers...Ana, Milan, so many more whose names I forgot! We travel quite a bit and been fortunate enough to stay at the best hotels in the world, we rate Palace Elisabeth in our top 3 .

It was a great experience and love everything about the quality food and location the view everything was perfect. Thank you. The breakfast every morning and to wake up with all the activity in the Harvard was not real exciting time we thank you so much.

Amazing hotel - staff are attentive - nothing is too much trouble. The location is second to none, right in the centre and a short walk from the port. The breakfast is really great - good choice and standard of food. The Rooms are lovely and have everything you need.
