This hotel is exceptional! What makes it so special, aside from its beauty, perfect location, food, and beautiful rooms, are the people that work here. They are all extraordinary and do their best to create a memorable and legendary experience for everyone that stays with them. Ana was our transfer coordinator and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless and was great about corresponding. Maria was also wonderful along with the receptionists who helped us out, including Sonja and Irma (I don’t remember everyone’s names, but the guy who helped us with our luggage was wonderful and so was the guy who always welcomed us back to our home away from home). Tea, the manager, worked so hard just to make sure experience that my daughter and I had here was truly magical and stress free. We even got to meet Helena, who gave us an extra special tour of the hotel, showed us the art, told us about the hotel’s history, and gave us some special drinks overlooking the port. We hope to be back and will highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!

Palace Elizabeth is an elegant 5 star hotel. People work here are wonderful. Katja who works at the front desk was so nice and helpful. Barbara who was our waitress for breakfast every morning was attentive and friendly. Pookie from Thailand provided a world class massage. The property is elegant throughout. The rooms were large and beautiful. The bed was comfortable with silk sheets. The breakfast was first class and delicious! We will be back!

This hotel couldn’t do enough for you, they were so welcoming and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and the hotel was beautiful. Lovely rooms with beautiful decor and friendly staff, a good reflection of the country in general. Great location right next to the square and they met us from the ferry to take our luggage for us, they also arranged transporting our luggage back to the ferry on our last day

We had originally booked into the Riva Marina, which is a sister hotel, but it hadn't yet opened so we were moved to the Palace Elisabeth. This is an extraordinary hotel with exceptional service. The rooms are delightful and we had an incredible view of the marina from the top floor balcony. The staff were absolutely brilliant, and anticipated our every need. The turn down service also includes a little Croatian gift - we had little pots of honey on one day and whisky the next! The breakfasts are a la carte and there's an incredible menu which was difficult to choose from but all delicious. What a stay! What a great memory! Thank you.

We had originally booked into the sister hotel at Riva Marina, but was informed after the booking that it was closed for our suggested dates but Suncani had upgraded us to the Palace Elisabeth hotel instead. What an upgrade it was! From the moment you step into the Palace, you are made to feel like the most important guest staying. There were welcome drinks, our luggage had been taken to our room (after being collected at the port off the ferry) and we were given tips about places to go and visit in Hvar. All the members of the front of house team were incredibly polite and helped us with all our queries (including finding the local post office). The amenities themselves were wonderful - our room was the perfect size for the two of us, and looked out over the marina so we could while the day away watching the boats come in and out of the harbour. The decor is very well thought through and the hotel/room/ensuite was beautiful. The turn down service provided each day was great as well, and the brandy was an excellent addition. The complimentary mini bar of soft drinks was a lovely thought especially after a long day of exploring. Breakfast was included in our room cost and it’s the best breakfast we’ve had at a hotel in a long time. The set dishes were excellent, and the staff were incredibly attentive. Each morning started with a fruit platter and bread, and again, as it’s on the shaded roof terrace, you could watch the town square and marina below. Centrally located, it was such a convenient base to explore Hvar. We’ll be back as it’s been one of the top hotel experiences of our honeymoon and it made it feel incredibly special. Extra kudos for having an actual hairdryer rather than a plugged in one in the bathroom.
