Friendly reception. We got a free Upgrade. Comfortable beds. Easy walking into town. Room super clean. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

Lovely view , clean room, local sweets as welcome gift, newly refurbished room, comfy bed, super lovely waiting staff in the pool and restaurant area who work really really hard, luggage pick up and delivery to the ferry. Good food in the restaurant and reasonably priced.

We did online check in 2 days in advance as requested by the property, giving credit card details as well as photos of our passport, but once we arrived at the property we had to do it all over again. So what’s the point of doing online check in in advance?

Amazing location. They have a free lugagge collection service from/to the port, which is very good, as the hotel is located in a hill. It’s possible to use the pool before check-in and after check-out, what helps a lot. Good amenities, friendly staff and very nice pool.

The shower area in my room has a small leaking that invades the bathroom. I missed labels of each food in the breakfast, it’s not easy to clearly identify the different types and flavours. Also, I’d say that the menu is not vegan friendly. Note that even if you book a room with balcony it can be on the ground floor (they refer as 1st floor). The photos might mislead you to think it wouldn’t be on the ground floor though.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The location was excellent — only a 3–4 minute walk to the sandy beach and kayak/paddle rental, and around 6–7 minutes on foot to the harbor and restaurants in town. Very convenient and easy to get around. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety, an the hotel itself was peaceful and relaxing. We stayed in building 2 with a sea view. It was not a full sea view, but still very beautiful and enjoyable. The housekeeping staff were especially kind, polite, and helpful during our stay. We didn’t use the pool as it felt a bit small for our preference, although we did see other guests enjoying it.

The only downside for us was the deposit policy. The hotel charges €50 per day as a security deposit, which meant €200 upfront for a four-night stay. We were a bit surprised by this, as we had not noticed this clearly beforehand. Also, the reception experience could have been a bit warmer and more welcoming.
