Beautiful hotel that has preserved its history. The pool area is a true sanctuary.

If you are looking to stay at a property that exudes the kindness, hospitality and generosity of the people of Cambodia, I can’t think of a more fulfilling experience. Our party of four loved our time at the Victoria. Great spa, excellent service and wonderful hospitality.

Fabulous service, clean and spacious rooms, kind staff and helpful concierge. We loved our tuk-tuk driver who accompanied us to Angkor Wat and the other temples, and was extremely informative about the history, and on top of all, he was incredibly reliable, catching us on time at every spot we visited. Just perfect.

Beautiful facilities!! Note: Did not like: water stagnation in tub on initial showering, but was addressed immediately upon bringing attention to staff. Cracks in shower on wall were not really disturbing, though there. Water seepage from sink faucet was apparent, though no big deal.

Excellent location, great service. Old world charm makes this a unique experience.

The hotel has a wonderful service, smiling employees and attentive to the guests. they organised a special bday cake and celebration for my husband. They prepare coffee and pastries for bfast if you leave very early for sunrise tours, greeting you back with cold towels and ice tea. Swimming pool areal is nice after temple exploration. I particularly like how they care about the environment: no plastic bottles: they provide water refillable bottles to take on your day tours, no shampoo plastic bottles but refillable ceramic pots in the bathroom, etc. The service is detailed and sweet: you receive chocolates with a good night story to read and reflect every evening.. the colonial charme of the building brings you back in time.

The French Style boutique hotel has everything you need. excellent breakfast among Siem Reap. looking forward to try it's french restaurant next time.

We loved our stay at this hotel. A newer hotel, built in 2003 in a more colonial style. Spacious common areas, a beautiful pool area. We had a poolside room which was quite and away from any street noise. The bar was very nice and good value at happy hour, 5 - 7 pm. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Right in town, really handy for everything in Siem Reap. Lovely hotel.

My wife and I have stayed at the property six times. The hotel is the perfect oasis after a day of wandering the temples during the day. The rooms are comfortable, the staff attentive and the food both reasonably priced and delicious. We are already looking forward to visit number seven. An excellent hotel at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
