The ponds and the pool. The restaurant was very nice.

Its clean and quite but the only things is mosquitoes and some areas not well lit.

The staff there was superb. We arrived at the hotel at 10am and they offered us early checkin. On our last day, they offered us late checkout till 1pm. And they have always been very helpful with traveling ideas.

Breakfast is amazing. I enjoyed the soup rice noodles every day.

This hotel is a wonderful refuge after a hot day exploring the temples, the city, or a trip to the lake. The staff is outstandingly helpful, courteous, and welcoming. The breakfast was easily the best we had on our trip through Thailand and Cambodia. The pool is lovely. Our room was wonderful, though the shower is probably due for an upgrade. The number of mosquitoes in the area was impressive, but we had none in the room.

The hotel was built about 15 years ago to seemingly evoke a faded French Colonial glamour, but it feels a bit run down, more faded than glamorous.

The property was clean and staff was very nice. It was not an over the top hotel but I would not expect that in Siem Reap. We had a wonderful room overlooking the pool but the bathrooms need remodeling. The days of showering in a tub with a shower curtain would not be expected in a nice hotel especially when the air condition blows the curtain on you. They can turn the tub into a nice shower with glass. The pool area and bar areas were very nice and breakfast buffet was spectacular.

Incredible hotel with a very attentive staff. Great location for all the sights. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in while traveling Asia for the last 3 years.

The old world charm and the modern day facilities. The beautiful corridors that are so well lite in the night, the room is nice an spacious, loved every bit . Wish your room service had an option for breakfast we had to struggle to get just some toast and tea

I love the colonial style of the hotel. The room are beautifully decorated. Breakfast as well as dinner at Le Connaisseur were excellent. After many experiences with hotels of the same rank, all hotels have good standard of rooms and facilities. What matters next is the service. I truly enjoyed my stay at Victoria. All staffs were very friendly especially Ms Risa who tried her best to make our stay the perfect one. We will surely be back!
