Victoria Angkor Resort & Spa

This is a quiet oasis from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap, made especially pleasant by the staff. All were happy, polite and went out of their way to be helpful. From Raksmey,Risa and especially Sona in reception to the restaurant and bar staff and the guys round the pool they were all great. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap and will happily stay there again if we return to Siem Reap.

This is a great resort in an excellent location. Spotlessly clean and very colonial in feel. Staff and service perfect. Breakfast buffet was very high quality but food at lunch was mixed in quality and hugely overpriced compared with other hotels locally and even more expensive in some cases than a 5* hotel in the west. Having stayed at Victoria hotels in Vietnam it felt like this one was extracting as many dollars as possible from guests charging western prices whilst ( presumably) paying their wonderful staff local rates.

What an amazing hotel, the food and service are excellent. All the staff are very polite, friendly and extremely helpful. I had the best massage ever in the spa. I’ll be booking again soon.

Beautiful property in great location. Lovely old colonial building with original features. Great pool etc and staff superb. Let down by over charging for breakfast, transfers etc which should be half the price.

The decor is lovely, traditional, old-style colonial architecture with luxurious vegetation around a lovely pool. The service is exceptional and the rooms are relatively spacious and extremely comfortable. There is a lack of facilities which one would normally associate with the word resort, with even the advertised on site boutique being shut up without explanation or warning. Food is good, pricey by Cambodian standards but good value in my opinion with the possible exception of breakfast, although it is a varied and good quality spread. We would happily return, possibly with family, but there is very little to appeal to older children.

I loved the Victorian feel of the hotel. I felt transported back to a more elegant time. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Its location was convenient. The National Museum was right next door.

This hotel is a beautiful place to stay and has all the facilities you could need. The town center is a brief $2 dollar Tuk-Tuk ride away as well. The staff are very accommodating and make every effort to make your stay a pleasant experience.
