Wonderful stay at the beautiful resort in a great location. Extremely helpful and nice staff. Helped with tours and anything else we needed. Great place to stay.

Great stay - glad we had three nights

Wonderful hotel! We had the Maharaja Suite and it was divine! Four rooms with lovely views over the park, a large fruit basket and a very nice bottle of French wine, six pieces of Laundry a day, made the extra expense seem very reasonable. The French restaurant in the hotel was excellent, so good that we ate there several nights. The staff were helpful and friendly and they arranged the best guide for Angkor Wat that we have ever had.

We loved everything about this hotel and its design! The hotel, restaurant and spa staff were kind and helpful at all times. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and offered many choices. It was delightful to sit outside at happy hour each late afternoon and enjoy the view of the pool and gardens. The air-conditioned rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area each day. Arranging for a private guide and transportation was handled smoothly by the hotel and went beyond our expectations. This hotel is a special oasis in Siem Reap and not to be missed!

Excellent colonial style 5 star hotel. Spacious rooms, big pool, good restaurants & excellent service from waitstaff, front desk, and concierge. Bathtub/shower could be larger & some noise between rooms but otherwise no complaints.

An awesome colonial style hotel! A great breakfast was also provided. Serene pool area with food/bar service. We utilized the spa for massage and manicure...excellent!! The restaurants were awesome and the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. Night turn down service was a treat. I highly recommend this hotel. We will be back!!

Some rooms are really close to a local car wash, so they are quite noisy. Wifi is not great and coverage can be insuficient in some zones. Room sizes are more than comfortable, yet beds are quite small. Pool area is the best part of the hotel. Really nice! Friendly staff and nice food with ok price/quality ratio. Had a nice stay!

Great hotel, well situated for town & trips. Staff friendly and helpful. Food excellent. Pretty pool and charming interior- styled as colonial. Would definitely recommend.

I won’t list the many inadequacies of the service, but it was truly inadequate. I enjoyed the view of the park from the balcony - more interesting than the pool. Bathrooms need work. 20 minutes to get hot water at 6:30AM.
