Front desk staff were accommodating and nice maybe just add room service and clean behind the beds and behind dressers but still good.would come again

Had an amazing time, will definitely be back! Everything we needed was there and something for everyone to do and enjoy.

Reasonable place to stay - but leaves room for improved cleanliness. Front desk staff unfortunately are not friendly and all about grabbing more money. I was charged several charges with no biases. When questioned- I was told “well they’re only pending charges”!!

We had stayed at BC previously, so were familiar with the parking garage and elevator issues. Luckily, we never used the elevators. Our room was very dated and definitely not cleaned. We found old food on the couch, toothpaste splatters all over the mirror, and dust bunnies throughout the rooms. The door to the porch was broken and wouldn’t lock. The stove had one working burner, which is actually surprising since it looked to be 30 years old. Dishes in the cabinet were dirty. There was trash in the lazy river, along with several pizza crusts. We really didn’t get in either of the main pools much because it was so overly crowded. The only thing that was good about this place was that it is convenient to get to the beach.

The room we stayed in could use some maintenance and better cleaning. Maintenance was actually working in the bathroom when we got there, fixing some kind of drain line clog. Someone "cleaned" the bathroom when they were done but really didn't do a very good job at all. There were smears of some substance left on the tub, shower, and wall. We could see the cabinets in the kitchen had been coming off the wall and ceiling, and had been braced in place, but they were crooked. One of the legs fell off the bed when we layed down. Had to put it back in place but it was obviously not the first time it happened as it was stripped out. The room was decent, just not the best we've seen. However, the view, the pools, and the beach were amazing.

The balcony by door did not lock. Bathtub chalking as well as the kitchen area was dirty. The front door was difficult to open and unlock. The front staff were very unfriendly. Will not stay here again not worth the money. Also the ice machine was loud during the night.

I had fun , but I was xpecting to see more clean the room and Still found trash at the Coffee maker- and did'nt have a filter as well- the air condition was liquidizing Water directly trhu the kitchen table ...the Stove and a plate was dirty--

The hotel is pretty good! Horrible parking, whether it be in the check in area or the actual parking garage! Beautiful once you get into the hotel room, very narrow hallways, and small rooms. It seems more for a couples vibe, not a family setting. As a wheelchair user the accesible parking is essential, the parking is horrible! When I brought it to the employee attention I felt disregarded and dismissed! It was excuses not an apology and action. They have security as you enter the parking garage so I don’t understand why can’t they go thru the garage and check periodically. Also in the parking garage the ceilings are super low! So if you have a tall suv and there isn’t any parking on level one you have to find your own parking.

SO, Beach Colony ain’t half bad. We stayed for 4 nights, and only had minor issues. We were upset about the indoor pool renovation, our door was jammed and didn’t open/shut very well, water pressure in the shower head was a trinkle, and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Also, the room was renovated but the appliances were downgraded. The previous year we had a full size fridge and oven, and this year there was no oven and a mini fridge (despite booking the same type of room) so be mindful of that. Also, their coffee shop is only open on weekends and they do not have a breakfast available in the mornings so be mindful of that as well. However, the staff was SUPER nice! They were very accommodating, and quick to help out any way they can. Parking is very available and caused 0 issues for us. The hotel was clean, the arcade was lots of fun, and the outdoor pools and hot tubs were great. The bar makes good drinks, and we really enjoyed all the outdoor showers and hoses available. They even have a foot wash right when you step onto the beach access ramp when leaving the beach. Super easy to get washed off and ready to go! They have cornhole and hammocks too for you to relax in on the property, so there is plenty to keep you entertained if you were to spend a day entirely at the hotel. Overall, the experience was GOOD not GREAT. I would not mind coming back, but I am also open to finding somewhere else to stay for $1,000 4 nights because I feel like there could have been more.

Stayed in room 2000. Perfect studio for a couple wanting a quick 2-3 day getaway. Studio was clean and decorated well which gave it a unique feel. The lack of a balcony is made up for with the almost floor to ceiling windows that offer great views of the ocean and inland. We will definitely stay here again.
