I would stay here again.

Check in area was sweltering. No one was in check in area. Rang burton, then had to call phone number and wait 10 mins for clerk to come to desk. Room condition and cleaniness was ok.

Well there was a lot of rules and regulations. Our son wasn’t even allowed to come there and visit without $50 also they wanted us to put up a $200 deposit for in case someone smoked in there. No guest no kids So when we checked out had the lady go check she checked everything even the garbage can and behind bed and chair. Even though they were so clean that when I ran my finger across the dresser there was dust on it. But the bed was really comfortable.

Rude and unpleasant when we checked in. Dont be fooled by the picture of the pool either.

I booked the hotel earlier the same day. We were late getting to the hotel because it was a 1/2 way stopping point during a 12 hr drive. They claimed they could not find the reservation. I showed them the conf #. To prove I made it and they said they had no vacancies. Even though the parking lot was empty. Hotels.com did refund the money which I was thankful for. The lobby was discusting and the hotel looked really ran down. Maybe a blessing in disguise that we did not get a room there. I thought it was funny that they had rooms avail until I told them I already booked one through Hotels.com. Shady business going on.. Buyers Beware for sure.

Flys were everywhere. The showers head was rusted and the chairs looked like they were pulled from a dumpster

The room was horrible. I accidentally booked a smoking room and when I asked about changing to a non-smoking room I was told that it would be an extra $30 for a non-smoking room! We decided to keep the reservation thinking that it wouldn't be too bad; however, the room smelled horrible, the bed was shoddily made and the refrigerator was sticky and the room was generally dirty. Worst night ever! I will never stay at this place again!!! And to top it off the "continental breakfast" was a joke!! They had some cereal and pastries with only coffee to drink and some oatmeal. The office area where the breakfast was was dirty and not very nice. My husband and I were disgusted!

The smoke detector was going on and off for no reason in my room and the room next to me. I complained about it and was pretty much blamed for it. One working outlet. The shower looked like it was cought on fire at some point. The pillow was very uncomfortable. Strict rules and regulations on the facilities. Won't go again.

The manager was rude and unprofessional. I did not stay waste my money

The mini-fridge stunk of mold. There was pubic hair on the toilet. The dead bolt didn't work properly. And the person who checked me in and out was rude. They refused to give me a receipt for my stay. I will never stay there again.
