Luxury Inn & Suites Forrest City

There was nothing unique about this property. I sit on the toilet I thought it was coming out of the floor that's how loose the toilet is they had chairs in the room you would have thought they pulled them out of the dumpster that's how nasty and dirty they were. The service very unprofessional the husband and wife in front me arguing I almost waited 20 minutes before I got into a room and there was no line it was only me. My last day I should of had access to the up until 11am they shut my access to the room early that morning, I had step out putting my bags in the car I went to return back to the room cause I wanted to take a picture of those filthy chairs they had in the room my key would not let me in and this was 7am. Everything about this place just tacky. This hotel is not for human beings. Yeah the price is decent but they can do much better with this place and their service.

There was no toilet paper in the room! The toilet Hose & Valve leak it was turned off so you could not flush. There was mold all over the walls because of the leak! When I went to the front office I was told I should have come to their office at midnight to get toilet paper on the other side of the building! There was no coffee in the office. They said the water was off but I have water leaking all over my room! I will be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission etc etc building inspectors everyone I can I want a refund now. Very disappointed!

Property is old but my room was very clean and front desk staff was pleasant.

For a place that says dogs are welcome there was no grass around at all.except a very small patch near the road. The lady at the fron desk was very nice and pleasant. The toilet in the bathroom was very low to the ground and smaller than any standard toilet I’ve ever seen. Towels were very thin and rough. AJoan Hinds 7-30-2019

Nothing they are very rude and unpolite i didnt get any room service i was there 3 days and the staff cursed me out for coming to the front desk i left an entire day early and want tk know about a refund

New mgt. cleaner rooms. I felt much better about staying than I have in years before. I'll come back.

The room was dirty and the toilet leaked terribly all over the floor, causing the whole place to smell like a sewer. When we requested a different room, we were told there weren't any when clearly the place was practically empty. When we persisted, we were given a different room that had two double beds instead of a king. We were told that we could only mess up one bed. Never any apology for the inconvenience. The door to the room wouldn't lock properly, there wasn't enough toilet paper, no kleenex. I was accused of smoking in the room when I never did-always went outside. They wanted more money for the new room, didn't get it!

This is the most racist hotel I have ever been to in my Life the rooms was stink it had to call the police to get my money back because they was infested with bed bugs and did not want to refund my money but I got my money back and what's a better hotel Holiday inn the best hotel in Forrest City Arkansas

It was horrible ☹️ the staff was horrible the worse hotel I have ever been too.😤

I liked that it was more upgraded than the pic said but I felt like I was home away from home. I never use drawers to place my clothes in and I did here. It was peace and relaxing. The one thing I did not like ND I should have told them to fix it cause I see they try their best and go beyond. It was a bandaid stuck in the tub. But other than that wonderful.
