Extremely friendly staff in fantastic location on a historic canal within easy walking distance of the Mariinsky theatres.

Nur 20 Zimmer, jedes im Stile einer Metropole möbliert (ich hatte das Beijing-Zimmer, leider mit Blick zu einer Baustelle), gepflegt, viel Platz, auch im Badezimmer. Ausnehmend zuvorkommender Service, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. W-LAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Zwar nicht im Zentrum gelegen, doch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Tram, Bus, Metro) leicht zu erreichen. Ich werde wiederkommen.

Very pleasent stay. Serviceminded and friendly staff! There was some renovation going on, from early morning, in the neighbur building. All the rest was top notch!

One of the best small hotels in St. Petersburgh. Not so cheap, but really unique. Each room differs. Lots of common space for relaxing with sofas, books and fireplace. Nice courtyard. As for minuses, well, the are some. Breakfast is ok, but not very good. Can be better, especially in this city with lots of marvellous food places. Also, for me, very importnat when it is really dark in the room during nightitme. And even if it is designer hotel, I want heavy dark curtains, notably there are 'white nights' in the city. And as for me, it was to dry air in the rooms and one night they've forgotten to put water in the room. But anyway it is reall one of the best, if not to talk about big luxurious hotel chains.

Absolutely the best! Staff are very professional and helpful. Room was beautifully appointed and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent, as were the dinners eaten at the hotel. The garden courtyard is a delightful setting for dining.

Único porém foi a cana double, macia demais

One of the best hotels 6 weeks travelling. Rooms were big and breakfast the best. The service was first class. A bit out of town but very accessible by tram or 30 min walk.
