very nice staff..nice food...available 24 hrs..cabbage pie is fantastic..little bit expensive for this type of boutique hotel...the sun woke me up early because of weak curtains ..too warm in the rooms...in general i wll visit this place more often i guess

Un accueil personnalisé et chaleureux. Présentation de l’ensemble des services et parties communes par là réceptionnistes. Hôtel de 20 chambres avec une ambiance familiale. Grandes chambres, confortable. Non fumeur. Ensemble neuf. Petit déjeuner diversifié et de bonne qualité. Je recommande.

Grande maison/ bâtiment aménagé autour d'un patio. Chaque étage dispose d'un grand salon très cosy (cheminée, canapés en cuir, grandes tables en bois) commun. Vraiment agréable pour se reposer, se retrouver, discuter ou simplement lire. Chaque chambre est décoré sur un thème d'une ville du monde : Delhi, Bali, Marrakech ... pas très folklorique Russe, mais c'est agréable en fait, car les chambres sont très grande, et la décoration est de bon gout. Un personnel vraiment aux petits soins félicitations. Petit déjeuner agréable et avec choix. Bref un bon choix. Environnement sans charme, mais à 15 minutes à pieds de la partie touristique (donc vraiment pas loin).

Alexander House Boutique Hotel is a reconstructed 19th century building with 20 different rooms - all named after famous cities. We stayed in Barcelona room for a week. It is a 2-bedroom apartment with a small kitchenette. The hotel is not centrally located but the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It is very near St Nicholas Naval Cathedral and it is walkable to Mariinsky Theatre, Central Naval Museum and Yusupov Palace. The hotel exuded a warm and homely feeling and the reception staff gave us a very welcoming service. We felt right at home immediately. The Barcelona 2-bedroom apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious - the kind that you would love staying the whole day in. It was decorated with a Spanish theme - decorative Don Quixote ceramic plates and bull fighting paintings. The 4 of us shared a single bathroom which meant it took a bit longer before we could all be ready to venture out. The good point was the heated floor of the bathroom. The small kitchenette came equipped with basic cooking utensils. The hotel restaurant served good dinner and I especially liked the baked seabass. It was an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The staff was a real credit to the hotel - ever helpful, friendly and spoke good English. Although it was a big far from the city centre, moving around for the 4 of us was not a problem because we used car hailing app. Although Uber was not the preferred choice in Russia, it was enough to get our transport easily and cheaply.

Personligt hotell med underbar personal och supermysiga rum. Väldigt prisvärt , du kommer inte att bli besviken !!

Das sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Hotel mit dem zuvorkommenden Personal hat uns den Kurzaufenthalt in St. Petersburg versüßt. Das Restaurant mit Kamin war eine schöne Option.

We loved our stay at Alexander House, The house in great, and our room had an India decoration that pleased us. The room was large, with a kitchen and large bedroom. The breakfast was delicious and with plenty of options, Finally, staff was friendly and attentive.

Very quiet hotel, in walking distance (ok, let's say 30min, but it's a walk through the nicest parts of Saint Petersburg) of the Winter Palace and Nevskiy Prospekt. 24h service, very appreciated during the white nights.

Alexander House provided excellent service by the friendliest staff. The hotel was truly lovely and made you feel at home in cozy environment. Every room had a different theme and was decorated differeny. Very good breakfast.
