A wonderful run hotel with friendly and polite staff, tastefully decorated to a high standard with spacious rooms Breakfast excellent choice from freshly made pancakes to bacon and eggs! Not an extensive evening meal menu but what we had was beautifully cooked and presented Overall a wonderful experience!!

Great stay, staff extremely polite and friendly. House is very impressive, as are rooms and bathrooms. Only downside is that there is some noise from other rooms/common areas due to nature of the building. Located in very nice area, although not for those who like to be right in the middle of town (15-20 mins to restaurants etc, 40 mins to hermitage but taxis are good especially UBER which takes all the communication issues out of the equation).

Good location. Clean and quite hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is superb. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was equipped with a kitchen with no stuff in it which was a bit pointless. We highly recommend it for a pleasant stay.

Our family really loved staying at the hotel. The people were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was great. We stayed in the Barcelona room, a 2 bedroom apartment, and it was very comfortable. I had requested a cot and it was already set up when we arrived which was nice. The only suggestion would be to include ceiling fans since the wall units were for heating only and being it was the third floor it did get alittle warm. We were able to open the Windows but it also let in the street noise too. Otherwise, Everything was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed three nights at this hotel. It was wonderful. A quiet hotel on a canal - had wonderful sleeps here. The rooms were large and nicely decorated. The staff were attentive and spoke good English. The breakfast choice was the best we had in our 2 weeks in Russia. The evening choices were quite extensive and the food was good. Lovely public areas as well. Highly recommended and would stay again. It seems to be popular with business people as well as those on holiday like us.
