Staff was good but rooms are outdated and limited transportation

The stay was sub-par and did not meet our expectations at all. The hotel is outdated with stains on the carpet and the bathroom can use an update. The lobby is probably the cleanest and the elevators had stain marks and did not work half the time.

Renovaron el lobby pero las habitaciones con las mismas cosas viejas de hace mas de 10 años las sigo viendo, los tv tienen coneccion de internet pero no sirve, todo esta limpio pero viejo, espejos con moho, el personal es amable pero los de seguridad malcriados y hablan con actitud, pagas por 3 dias pero el ck in es por la tarde y el checl out a las 11 y si llegas antes o estas despues de las 11 te quieren cobrar $25 por persona.

This place didn’t have much of anything. The room was clean, spacious and mine had a washer and dryer. The staff was very friendly. I didn’t like that the bar opened early and closed early. The whole switching towel slug with a card option is such an inconvenience. The having to valet your parking ticket was another inconvenience. There wasn’t much to do on the resort. The beach was nasty! The pool was clean from what I could see:

So we arrived at the hotel much later than we were supposed to but that was due to the airline. When we arrived the girl working at night expressly told us when she gave us some wristbands that we were to wear them if we go to the pool. She also gave us our key cards which there were several to have to manage. When we got up the next morning we're walking around the property and we had not visited the pool yet. I went up to the desk to ask a question and the manager who I found out his name is Victor fastest who we were and what room were in and why we didn't have our wristbands on and told us he would call security if we did not wear them. It was not necessary to threaten us like that especially when one of his employees did not tell us that we had to have it on at all times since he is the manager that is his fault for not training his staff properly! As for the property there were several broken doors limited entrances, the restroom was awful with broken paper holders and a room and dustpan just thrown on the floor, and no food at that property we had to go to the embassy suites next door in order to find a restaurant to eat at and they looked at a sideways because we're not staying at that property! Overall the thing I dislike the most was the staff and obviously the manager Victor as his condescending attitude and threatening actions ruined the stay! I will never go back there and I do not recommend anyone else go either!

There really was no eating options on property except for the bar and Grill next to the pool, where the black birds will bug you while you eat your food. So I had to take my food and go to my room to finish it. Then I opted out for a Uber delivery for dinner. I really need better blankets and maybe some paint because there was rust in different places of the room.

Facilidades especialmente habitaciones y piscina necesitan mantenimiento y mejoras. Los muebles e infraestructura general sumamente deteriorada. Necesita mejorar la seguridad y el horario de check in es muy tarde y el check out muy temprano lo que limita el tiempo del primer y último día de estadía.
