Great place to stay, there were dogs when it is a no pet facility and the dogs were not service animals and wouldn’t stop barking

Wonderful environment, but the rooms are in dire need of renovation and a more modern vibe.

The building needs major renovations, a/c in the room did not cool down enough & the beach could not be used. I understand its nature & there was a lot of seaweed but they should’ve had someone cleaning it up throughout the day to control the pests and smell. It was also the first hotel that mentions you cannot stay on property past checkout - i was a little disappointed because we arrived late due to a flight delay & would’ve liked to enjoy the pool on the morning.

This hotel is in desperate need of room renovations. The employee, Ismel, lacks customer service. The person tells you, "I'm not paid enough here to resolve a customer's request. Someone should speak to this employee about their position in the front desk at the hotel. If you're looking for a hotel with a nice pool and that's what you want, you won't have a problem staying here. The pool belongs to the Embassy Suites. It has a convenient bar next to the pool. The drinks are a bit pricey, but the food is good.

The property is quite and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, It's somewhat outdated, if some remodeling is done, it would have potential.

The area was nice. Parking was okay but you have to go through 2 gates and pay for parking $15 nightly. The hotel seem clean, safe and most of the staff were nice. Room seem cleaned but we found a live roach by the kitchenette area and took a video of it. Management refused to cancel our last say and refund us. Only changed our room to a different floor with not even a courtesy upgrade. We found another roach on new room dead by the bathroom door but at this point we just wanted to rest and not deal with their dismissive attitude. Stay somewhere else for a little more. I will not be staying here again.
