The owners of this hotel are lying thieves. What a horrible experience and wish we had never booked. Do NOT Give your credit card information to them! Tv, internet and pool were all broken and she still has tried charging us $330 per night! What a horrible person. The world should be warned of people who portray sweet and kind when they're really wolves in sheeps clothing. I've never met such a conniving and manipulative hotel owner. Mrs Chong is the essence of what's wrong with society.

The first thing we noticed was that the two steps to get into the room are angled downward whic made it difficult to get in and out of the room. The beds were very comfortable but the floor was filthy and in need of a mopping. There were spider webs both in the ceiling of the bathroom and bedroom.
