Coast Inn and Spa

There was: Something resembling gravy splattered on the wall; broken cold water faucet; no drain screen in the bathroom sink; filthy floors so couldn’t go barefoot; broken down furniture without drawer pulls; curtains hanging from only a few curtain hooks; inoperable deadbolt on door; no tissue; dirty coffee pot with previous guest’s used coffee; dangerous entry steps. The “spa” was a creepy situation that said closed due to Covid.

We had a room with new mattresses. They were super comfortable. Overall good experience.

The manager was very warm and friendly, welcomed us in late and was always available. It was a totally pleasant stay. Would love if the spa were open!!

Customer service was great. However, things did not go smooth. First the tv didn’t work, then no instructions for the fire place, the hot tub area outside looked like it hadn’t been used in years, spider webs in the corners..the shower was awkward and did not drain well.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Saying that this is an old Motel 6 would be a compliment. Just walking into the front office you can see this facility is a mess. There’s not even enough parking for each building. We were charged an extra fee for an adult, totaling 4 people for a room that clearly fit 4. The room was dark and dirty. Webs in the corner and all the furnishings dusty and old. They don’t even care to put a painting anywhere. The front desk lady had the audacity to tell me it was a deal. Do not spend your money here.

Very clean, the staff was very informative and friendly.

My overall stay was good. The guests in room #121 was noisy the first night and kept me up. But the rest of the stay was enjoyable. It would be nice to stay again when the hot tub is working. Thank you!
