Coast Inn and Spa

Dingy and dirty, our bathroom had mold. Owner is not nice at all. The place is rundown. I wouldn’t suggest staying there to my worst enemy.

This is an older property that needs some updating and TLC. Our room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately the owner is still using Covid as an excuse to keep the spa closed and there are signs around the property saying to keep a six foot distance.

This property could use major work. The pictures must be old. I was disappointed when I saw it. Advertised to have a Spa which was not open. There were 4 separate guests and we were crammed together which means we were awakened when someone came in late The one staff that was cleaning room and checking us in was cordial

Good for one night stay.

Nice cosy place which nearby to beach and other attractions. But needs to upgrade on other facilities like hair dryer, breakfast and should provide more user friendly features esp. when customers might want to use spa.

This was a cool little spot, the staff was so kind, the rooms were quiet, e cellent tv choices, loved the little chairs on our porch and the beds were so co fortable. Ill stay again ne t im in the area.

Small quiet a staff who understands spa treatments. These people understand Asian treatments.

location was good. They did allow us to bring our dog with an additional charge. The heaters were good and warmed the room quickly.

WHen I called to make the reservation, I asked if the restaraunt onsite and the jacuzzi would be available on Thursday since Thursday was Thanksgiving. The owner/manager assured me on the phone that it would be open. When I arrived, I was informed that the spa had been closed "for years" and that was on the website. I had not seen the website having booked on Priceline and Booking.com In the morning I asked the manager again what the hours that day were for the restraunat. I got the same answer again that it had been closed for years and that the jacuzzi was closed due to Covid. This is 11/23 and while COVID is still around, it is no longer a pandemic. So on both counts I was assured something that wasn't there. She did say that the mattresses in the room were new and she told me the cost 2K. They were comfortable. But there was a smell of mold in the room. Everything was clean, but there was a moldy smell. So I will not be back again. I feel like I was lied to on the phone to get me there.
