Older property.

The check-in was fast. The room I reserved was not ready but the staff was able to get me into another fairly quickly. However, the bathroom door was broken, if you were to shut it, you would get stuck. The elevator door only opened about 6 inches which caused us to use the stairs. The sheets on one of the beds had dirty sheets and bed skirt on it. The beds were only made up half way. I can say I will not be staying at the hoel again.

It’s not a 5-star or even a 4-star experience, but it was okay in that you get what you pay for. No daily maid service really shocked me. Every hotel I’ve ever been to had someone come in to clean and tidy the room and change the linens and towels, not here. Broken elevator to the 3rd floor room, broken drawer bottoms, loose fitting electrical outlets, a continually sinking desk chair, no partnering food ordering service all contribute to my less than glowing review. In all honesty, I would frankly list this as a 3-star or less hotel, but all I needed was a bed & breakfast so I guess it served in that respect but definitely overpriced considering lack of service and amenities

This hotel is an absolute mess!!! Trash was all over the ground in parking lot.. Had holes in the door to the bathroom. It looked like the ceiling of the bathroom had water damage and it was haphazardly patched if it was patched at all. You look at the Lampshades and you could tell there was some kind of water damage to them. The bed was uncomfortable and hurt my back. Bed concaved in so i looked at the problem and found that the box spring went upside down. I was afraid to see what it look like on the correct side. I got people knocking on my door at 4 am for a lighter. It sounded like the house cleaners are arguing right outside my door. Room has thin walls so you can hear the people arguing till 3 am. You can hear all the street and freeway trafic even with the door closed. I was booked for 3 nights i only stayed 2. I didnt feel safe the entire time i was there. Also it doesnt matter if you mark pay when you get there. Manager will run your card anyway. Front desk people were frendly as long as you have no questions. Otherwise very argumentative. Im only aloud 8 photos so these are of the room only. But i do have about 20 more of this trash heap they call a hotel.

We chose this hotel because it has free parking and is within walking distance of the Dome. These are the only positives. This hotel is rundown with terrible maintenance. Carpets old and filthy. Bed linens were old & thin & had cigarette burns. Towels old & thin. Bathroom wall had damage to drywall. Hair dryer did not work. Tub cracked with scum ring. Non smoking room reeked of smoke and pot smoke was prevalent on the balcony any time of day or night. Will not stay here again.

If you're allergic to smoke, this is not a good choice. The hotel is old and run down. I would not recommend this hotel if there is an alternative available.

Good room but it smelled of cigarettes and it was supposed to be non smoking.

We needed a place to stay as we passed through St. Louis. We checked in and went up to our room. The room was well appointed and updated but unfortunately has the heavy odor of tobacco and narcotics smoke. We returned to front desk to swap rooms. A quick check of the second issues room here the same result. We returned the keys and looked for another hotel.

This hotel is in a very bad area. Out front the hotel you will find people on several corners begging for money which makes it impossible to walk anywhere without passing by them. The hotel is old and smelled horribly of old stale smoke and we were in a nonsmoking room, the elevator also had an awful smell in it. There are no coffee makers in the rooms and the desk does not have any coffee available. The locals talk of this hotel as the place prostitutes stay and there were people coming and going all hours of the night.
