Place was not clean, stains all over the walls and bed sheets, staff did not know English

They redid the rooms but stopped at bathroom, moldy wall, vanity light didnt work, our door didnt close well and was so loud to open. Also the room cleaners didnt speak english so they had to use app to tell them not to go in our room. And paid a deposit to secure room and then when got there they wanted another $50 cash deposit, and had to ask for it back at check out cause they acted like didnt give one. Was convenient for the location but prob wouldnt stay here again

Would not recommend this place for anyone. It’s directly next to a busy highway so if you’re planning on sleeping at all, good luck. Refused to give a refund when we realized we didn’t want to stay there. The rooms were terrible, tv was broken, bathtub was god awful, the fan in the bathroom sounded like a broken car running.

The hot water in tub would not turn on. Tub was filthy. The hotel is right by the on-ramp to interstate and was very noisy all night. There was no restroom to use until we got checked into our room. The manager was not polite about it either. After traveling across the country, this was the worst hotel we stayed in. It was the only hotel that had no breakfast available. They had us pay a $40 cash deposit and would not give us a receipt for this. They were very unprofessional and I would never stay there again. They turned the elevator off that evening and could not get it turned back on the next morning so we had to carry our luggage down 3 flights of stairs. I’ve got health problems and this was not an easy task.

My daughter and I could not stay at this hotel. It was the worst place I’ve ever seen. And I couldn’t get my money back This “hotel” should not even be on Expedias website. The room was disgusting. There was a punch hole on the bathroom door. It smelled of dog and smoke. It was dirty and unsafe.

Sketchy at best. Really loud road noise. No shower curtain. Limited linens. Would never go back.

I enjoyed my 1-night stay and the room truly was the best value I could find in the perfect location for my trip. The staff was helpful and held on to my bags for me on my last day. I had to leave a $20 deposit for nonsmoking room, and they gave it back to me when I checked out. The hotel is older, has some issues, but is being refreshed. The new owners put in laminate floors, painted, new bedding, and are fixing up things. Some things still need attention, like cigarette burns on the toilet seat. My room looked like the picture. Although the hotel is right across the street from the 5-star Fairmont for +$400/night, they are both next to the busy freeway overpass, and the area in general is kind of sketchy. I would not walk farther north of these hotels. The arch is about a mile south through the touristy area.
