Überaus zuverlässiger und freundlicher Service .Frühstück soweit okay. Essen auch. Zustand der Zimmer müsste mal wieder geprüft werden. Entkalkung von WC und Wasserhähnen. Starker Geruch im Badezimmer (Abflussrohre verstopft?) Parkplätze vorhanden in der Park-Garage aber sie können nicht mehr über die Reception des Hotels bezahlt werden. Früher war das möglich.Kosten neu ca. Euro 1.00 pro Stunde. Vorher 18 Euro für 24 Stunden.

Seit Jahren bewährt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Trotz der Lage ruhig. Am Abend noch kurz in die BeachBar. Parkplatz überteuert. Gehört nicht zum Hotel. Nahm nur Bargeld.

Preis - Leistung stimmt nicht. Kein Wasserkocher, Minibar war leer, Essen konnte nicht aufs Zimmer bestellt werden obwohl eine Menukarte im Zimmer war, aber der Koch hatte angeblich frei an einem Samstag. Drittes Bett war sehr unbequem

Die Toiletten im Frühstücksbereich waren leider sehr schmutzig. Lautstärke der Nebengeräusche im Hotel stört den Schlaf deutlich.

The hotel was nice and clean, the staff were professional and friendly. It was right next to the stadium/arena which is excellent if you are going to a concert etc. The breakfast buffet was very good and there was something for everyone there. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. It would have been nice to have had a bottle of water in the room. It is a bit out of town but for a stay because of a concert, very well located. We had a nice stay.

Being from the US, we didn't know why our room was "warm" lol Also stayed during and because of Oktoberfest so didn't expect it to be quiet :) Breakfast buffet was very good. Not used to having to pay for parking. Different practices for different countries....
