It’s fairly accessible to the 101. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

No breakfast as it advertised. A granola bar and cheap coffee is not breakfast. No toiletries except a bar of soap. It looked like the cheapest handyman in San Fran maintains this place and the set designers from Stranger Things designed the updates. Looks like they spray painted the fiberglass shower with a funky granite texture as a bathroom update. It’s old and smells old.

Cold coffee, no staff to be found and a wheelchair shower sucked.

Tout. Mal situé peu de confort pas de sèche cheveux dans une chambre pas de produits de douche. Nous avons payé avec petit déjeuner compris c’était juste du café ou de l’eau chaude pour un thé avec un muffin !

Staff were good, especially lovely Khussi/Tussi (no name badge, so I couldn't catch the spelling). And manager Jackson was good to have a one-on-one with. They have made good changes to this loc but J, keep going with that, especially with the systematic TV issues. (You know I am being kind to not share another photo) so do the right thing by customers, not stake holders, and I will see if you lived up to your 5-point promises when I make it back next year to check on things.

The “breakfast” consisted of packaged muffins and coffee/hot chocolate…. Very disappointing!! No local tv service to watch local weather.

Very noisy late into the night. Door lock failed multiple times and had to get new keys. The complimentary breakfast was literally non existent.
