Very well decorated and had large property like a park to walk

This property was beautiful. I attended a wedding here, and it was the perfect place for it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cameron Estate. Very convenient to the Lancaster area with plenty of parking, lovely grounds and plentiful amenities. The hotel restaurant is good and the staff are very friendly. Being an older facility, it could use some upgrading, but overall a really nice place.

Beautiful property, wooded with trails and a stream, bordering 2 farms. Furniture and fireplace was a huge highlight too. We were in the Simon Cameron room. Breakfast was wonderful, best sticky bun I’ve ever had. Complimentary Water, soda and coffee was continuously available. Staff was friendly and generous. The mansion is older and not sound-proofed well.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cameron Estate Inn. The staff was extremely friendly, the food was incredible (for both dinner and breakfast), and the property was lovely. The room was also comfortable and cute! Just what we needed. We will definitely be back.

I did not realize the historic significance of this location. Once I checked in I was in for a pleasant surprise. Abraham Lincoln actually stayed at this location the grounds are beautiful and with deep American history. Although my room itself was too cold I managed to sleep quite comfortably in a cozy bed that was like a cloud. My room had a beautiful view and the location was great for walking.

Location is quiet—you will sleep well! The rooms are somewhat small. The property is often used to accommodate overnight wedding guests. Breakfast options are OK, but limited. Grounds are spacious and suitable for quiet walks.

We liked the way the building looked on the outside, that’s it. We didn’t like that our bathroom door didn’t close. Our room was cold while our friends next to us didn’t have good a/c. No fridge in the room, not even a bedside clock. Our room didn’t get serviced after the first night and we had to go ask for clean towels to shower, bed had not been made etc; not professional at all. When speaking with our friends our stayed the same night, they said their room had not been serviced either. The breakfast was limited to one item out of four choices. The French toast was soggy and caramelized bacon was just gross. Bacon should be salty not sweet. It would have suited the venue if the servers were well groomed and looked the part.

Beautiful location, but needs a tab more up keep in main building.

This is a historic property in an area where we used to live so it was fun to stay someplace new and learn about Cameron. It’s beautiful and away from the tourist areas in Lancaster County. Enjoy
