The size of the villas and amenities were great - fitness studio, beach, yoga shala. The landscaping in the resort is beautiful. Service from the staff was impeccable.

The staff were tremendous (Tram and Toi in particular) The service at the In house Indian Restaraunt was amazing. Service at breakfast each day was also exceptional. Tennis courts and equipment were terrific. The bikes to cycle around the compound were a great touch.

The fact that it’s a Four Seasons property should tick all the right boxes - luxury, design, comfort, personalised service. But there is more - so much more… The Nam Hai has always been special for me…the location, the setting, the ambience all colluding together to make this resort not just special, but memorable. Yet, it’s the staff, the service, the whispered personal attention to detail…that’s what makes the Nam Hai my favourite premium resort in the world (and I have been to a few). They have added restaurants since I was there last as well as upgrading their facilities and this simply compliments the high standards. Premium price but worth it for the more than premium, anticipatory attention and the superb staff members who never leave you in doubt that while you’re visiting the Nam Hai, you are Special (with a capital S).

"Absolute Bliss"

The villas were just amazing ! They were huge and the swimming pool was a really decent size with several day beds outside and several sofa areas inside.
