Value for money - Super expensive, for that price I was expecting much more. I’ve had better luxury experiences in other places for way less money A lot of children yelling was a little bit stressful. (It’s not their fault, it is their parents) Didn’t like to atmosphere - lack of politeness in general.

We don’t often write reviews, but our recent stay at the Four Seasons Hoi An was truly exceptional and worth sharing. We stayed in villa 4290 with our little girl—arguably one of the best locations on the property, overlooking the beach—and from the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless. The villa and grounds were beautiful, but what truly set the experience apart was the people. Marco, Phung Tran, Toi, Thu, Hoa, Thao, and the gentleman in the white shirt—along with many others—welcomed us with genuine warmth and care that made us feel immediately at home. Despite it being the start of the rainy season, the team brought nothing but sunshine to our stay. Service throughout was impeccable—attentive, thoughtful, and always a step ahead of what we needed. Every gesture, no matter how small, felt sincere and personal. Our daughter especially adored mealtimes at Lan Sen. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable—chatting with her, playing with her, and even carrying her around the buffet with the kindest smiles. Watching that level of warmth and attention extended to her was deeply touching. It’s those thoughtful details—the smiles, the anticipation of needs, the sense of genuine care—that left the strongest impression. Four Seasons Hoi An seems to have mastered the art of making every guest feel valued and understood. This was, without a doubt, one of the most memorable hospitality experiences we’ve ever had, and we’re already looking forward to returning.

Nicest beach resort I’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful architecture, room, pool are and beach. Staff is so so helpful and nice. They make you feel right at home. Food is outstanding. Pure relaxation with great views.

We loved everything in our stay here, the staff were super responsive, welcoming and accommodating, we went for our honeymoon and they really elevated our experience and made it feel special. We are planning to go back there for our 5th year anniversary, the resort is superb and they are still finishing stuff so we are curious to see how it looks at the end.
