"Disappointed-misrepresented the room -jet tubs not working - tv remote not working"

Long check in. Sand in jet tub . Jet tub did not work in the first room tv remote did not work ZERO HELP FROM STAFF. Waited until the next day not happy it’s my birthday. Had to change rooms to get a jet tub . Both rooms are not what was pictured. No fireplace jet tubs not working definitely not the room I paid $502.00 misrepresentation . Then I get home because I am local and get a bill for Another 30$$$ are you kidding me for Parking 15$ a Day Very Disappointed in my Birthday staycay

"Not happy you stayed"

Near the beach and ok breakfast .. not great

Room was very dated.. partial ocean view was very tiny and included dumpsters that were picked up every morning at 6 am .. loud and just awful.. construction on the roof made the view even more awful and our balcony collected stagnant water .. the jet tub jets were yellow orange from what looked like lack of cleaning. I would not use that and the shower was sufficient but I had to stand in that icky tub.. the shampoo and conditioner were old and very little in large bottles .. and it smelled off. The whole room had a smell that hit you hard when you walked in.. I wanted to cancel immediately but was trapped and stuck staying there. The floors were old and sticky and the fridge was only a little cold.. the sink was dirty on arrival too. The blanket provided was very thin. This hotel just did not add anything good to my stay .. other than being close to the beach. It is a 3 star hotel at best and I would not recommend it to anyone. I paid way too much and felt ripped off for sure for what I got. Sad
