Hampton Inn Montgomery-South-Airport

This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in. Trash in the hallways. Bathroom floor had been swept but everything was swept under the counter. Front desk was nice but had problems checking in with reservations. Supposed to hear from the manager but it’s been 4 days and haven’t heard a word. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying there or any Hampton.

The friendliness of the staff. The clerk Tracy was super nice, new but nice. The young black man that worked the breakfast area was amazing. It was stocked and super clean.

I paid on line in full and the clerk charged me again. She did have a manager correct the mistake though. The pool was green. Our air conditioner leaked on to our floor. One room key wasn't working and we needed a replacement. The drinking fountains and the TV did not work in the fitness room.

The fire alarm began cherping just after 5 am. Certainly not the time I was planning on awakening. The staff at the front desk wqs extremely rude and insulting when asking for relief. The place lacked cleanliness as well. Tattered carpet, room keys that would not work. They lack an understanding of customer service.

Friendly staff. Not enough bath towels. Ran out of breakfast food. Always excuse of short staffed. Manager stretched thin working double shift without adequate break. Bedding stained in one of three rooms. Bed very comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and hospitable. I went down to the lobby for some coffee and the concierge quickly ran into the kitchen to prepare some fresh coffee for me and brought up a cup to my room. The went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and that really does make a difference in the overall experience of the stay. The room was clean and comfortable. It was favorably priced for the level of service and quality.
