The breakfast didn’t have enough staff to attend it, the lovely coffee machine was gone (used to make French vanillas and hot chocolate it was so great) but bc of cost - taken away :( rude other guests made us feel uncomfortable and grabbed onto my daughter in the pool bc they couldn’t swim. They also had a huge group and hogged the pool.

"Too pricey for such a small city"

You can hear everything through the walls, for example, there was a huge group of people hanging out in the barbecue area right outside my room at 2:30 AM. It was a disaster, and I couldn’t sleep at all.

"I was tolerant of inadequacies of the room. Afternoon staff very helpful and kind."

The room was lovely, only first issue was broken window, I agreed to not change rooms as I was only staying one night. Then while staff was there is was discovered coffee maker didn't work, then TV remote.. The afternoon staff was excellent. On the night shift I was having trouble sleeping as I was moving out of my home. The night person said I couldn't have a yogurt to settle my stomach because they are only for breakfast. So I got up and checked ked out at 830

Night staff could have been more accommodating everything else was great. There was a big pile of towels end of hallway night staff did not attend to.

Clean and comfortable

Stayed on New Year's Eve. Couldn't enjoy the outdoor pool. We'll definitely be back through the summer ☀️
