The hotel was very clean and the check in and out very efficient. The room was clean and the WiFi excellent. It is in a good area of town with easy access to shopping and restaurants. I would stay again

"The front desk and cleaning staff were exceptional."

The financial system of Quality did some automatic debit and credits to my credit card that I object to. I agreed to the room charges being processed to my credit card but not the EXTRA debits and then credits, The staff explained that is something the financial system does these extra charges automatically but these extra were not authorized nor was I made aware of them I object to your financial software having my financial information and the ability to some how automatically debit my credit card.

The breakfast area is too small and food is not refilled quickly... Otherwise all the other facilities were good.
