"Used to be good but rooms for improvement..."

We've been there at least 8 times in the last 4 years. Location is great, staff is really nice.

This place is getting old and would need upgrade, renovation on the bathrooms. Rooms were upgraded but bathrooms no and the is sad. You have a beautiful and modern room but bathroom are like original from the beginning and the shows! Lot of important are needed there. Also, their card system is crazy, they demagnetizes for nothing, even when they're not in contact with your cell. Happened 4 times during the only night we were there! So have to go all the way down the lobby to get them reprogrammed! We stay often in hotels and almost never have issues like that but there, it's crazy! And u was not alone, other were at the lobby for that as well. Also, Wi-Fi.... The cell network is not great in this area (Bell, Fizz, Public Mobile) but their Wi-Fi is not better! Even if the signal looks good, speed is super slow (and also our open so not very secure) Also for the breakfast option, they only have buffet which is quite expensive. No À la carte option...
