"Das Hotel wird als 5 Sterne verkauft, hat aber keine drei. Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig."

Die Lage ist sehr gut und alles zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Wir waren 10 Tage in diesem Hotel, 5 Tage davon wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Mehrmals mussten wir an der Rezeption darum bitten. Einmal wurde uns versprochen, dass es sofort erledigt wird und uns wurden nur die Badetücher reingestellt. Der Boden wurde die ganzen 10 Tage nicht gereinigt. Die ersten beiden Tage hatten wir kein kaltes Wasser zum duschen, nur sehr heiss. Wir hörten oft, wie sich Gäste an der Rezeption beschwerten, somit waren wir nicht die einzigen. Schade, dass es als 5 Sterne Hotel Gäste anlockt.

Muy lindo hotel. Nos encantó. Arriba en la terraza tiene una pileta muy linda y un espacio para tomar algo o comer. Muy recomendable. Volvería sin dudas.

La habitación que nos dieron era muy cómoda y muy linda pero los pisos estaban muy lastimados.

"Great location nice facilities"

Check in was a little weird but hotel, room & facilities good and as advertised. Clean comfortable beds, good bathrooms nice staff. Roof top pool great, nice bar area up there to chill & read. Very central for seeing Ocean drive, shopping and bigbus tour stop across the street.
