"Mixed Thoughts"

Mixed Experience. We had a large studio which was in the annex which needed TLC access via annex restaurant,alarming anyone can access these rooms. The room was tatty the balcony butting an overgrown tree. No storage space. No bedside tables and only way to turn reading lights off is to get out of bed! We used the restaurant once the food was ok but complete lack of staff. The roof top bar and swim.pool was lovely but one bar person..if anyone ordered food he vanished leaving queues Worst part reception took 300 usd deposit but then refused to allow anything to be charged and then refused to provide account on check out stating hotel had been taken over in March. On the plus side great location!
